We have designed our website to make it as simple for you to use as possible.

1. Finding the product which is right for you

Products have been grouped by their type; ie. Display Stands, Pop Up Stands, etc.

To get more detailed information on a product click on the links below the images. This will re-direct you to our partner site (www.panelwarehouse.com) and give you access to dimensions, weight, colours and the option to order safely on line.

2. How long does it take to manufacture my order?

Availability

Standard lead times:
Display Stands 5-7 working days
Pop Up Systems 5-7 days from approval of artwork
Banner Stands 5-7 days from approval of artwork
Accessories 5 - 7 working days

48 Hour Delivery:-
Where you see the 48 Hour Symbol products can be manufactured and despatched within 48 hours. We cannot however be held responsible for late deliveries due to courier failure.

In a Panic:
Call our sales team with your enquiry and deadline date and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

3. How will my goods be delivered? What are the delivery charges?

Delivery Charges
All orders to mainland UK have a standard carriage charge of £15 per order.  Other carriage charges apply for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man as follows:
Ireland & Northern Ireland: £45.00 per order
Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight: £55.00 per order. 
For overseas deliveries, please contact us on 0161 609 0262 and we will be happy to get a quote from our couriers. 

Delivery
All completed orders are despatched using a 24 hour despatch service this excludes parts of Scotland & Islands where delivery may be slightly longer.

We deliver to the UK mainland, however, if the product needs to be sent overseas then we will be happy to get a quotation from our couriers for the cost of the delivery.

All orders placed requesting our 48 hour delivery service that have been received by 12noon will be despatched the following day. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following day and be despatched the day after.

4. What if I dont like what I ordered?

Returns & Exchanges
All products are made specifically to order. Therefore we do not operate a returns service.

In the event of goods being received damaged or faulty we will exchange them, we will arrange for faulty goods to be collected and for replacement goods to be delivered.

We would ask you to check carefully your requirements before ordering any products from our website. If you require any assistance before ordering please contact our sales desk on 0161 609 0262.

5. How do I assemble my order?

We send assembly instructions with all orders.

Should you have misplaced them, you can contact our sales desk and we will gladly send you a copy.

6. I am interested in a banner stand. How do I design my artwork?

8. I would like to order multiple items

IMPORTANT
When adding mutiples of one product to the shopping basket please ensure you click the Add button before returning to the other item departments to order more items. For example: add an A4 Acrylic Literature Holder to the shopping cart change the quantity to 4 and then click add - this will then save the relevant changes before you proceed to order other items or checkout.

9. How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit/debit cards except for Diners Club, payment can be made when placing your order.
You can also pay by cheque. Please make them payable to Panelwarehouse.com
We also accept Official Purchase Order Numbers from Local Authorities, NHS Organisations, Police, The Fire Service and Members of the Armed Services. Orders placed by official order number will be invoiced on a payment within 30 day basis.
